My first teacher in homeopathy and healing was Bina Acharya. In 2009, I was still looking for my way in holistic medicine in the East. In Kathmandu I was offered to take a few Ayurveda and Homeopathy lessons from Bina. A few days after our acquaintance, the lessons had to be stopped, as she had a myocardial infarction with paralysis of her left arm and leg. To my surprise, she did not even call an ambulance, but sent her grandson to a nearby homeopathic pharmacy for medicine. She took the medicine until the acute condition disappeared. A few days later, as if nothing had happened, she suggested continuing the lessons. During the lessons, she was taking her medicine every 2 hours. After a week the function of the left hand was restored, and after a month the left leg was as healthy as before.
